UD High Revolution Lipgloss||Review + Swatches

I recently purchased the Urban Decay Revolution High Color lip glosses! These retail for $22 and can be purchased from Ulta Beauty and Sephora I have 5 of these and I absolutely love them. I have never been a huge lip gloss fan but these are spectacular! These lip glosses are marketed as a high coverage, ultra pigmented formula that promises to lay down opaque color on a single application.

These lip glosses comes in a shade range of 20 glosses. They range from having a creamy texture to a sparkley texture. They are designed to fit in your pocket, and they glide easily keeping your lips feeling and looks amazing. They are packaged in a slick flat tube barrel with a metalized gunmetal cap, and they also have a paddle applicator for application. The 5 colors I own are Bittersweet, Punch Drunk, Vice, Big Bang, & Savage. I have swatched these for you all and you can see them up close in my video! I hope you enjoy :) and definitely check out these lip glosses if you haven't!

Travel Tip: Surviving A Long Haul Flight ✈️✈️

Monday I'll be heading out on my trip!! For those that are interested in knowing where I'm going and what's in my carry on check it out here :) For this trip it will be a 20+ hour flight, so flights stretching longer than 8 hours there are certain must have essentials you need in your carry on! Everyone has different priorities and needs for comfortable travel. My list can be used a reference guide or a good starting point for less-experienced travelers.

Good Seats: A definite must for a long haul flight. I always like to upgrade to Economy Comfort seats for extra leg room. Reserving your seat by the window or is always best. The window gives you the view and the isle gives you easy access to the bathroom.

Sleeping Aids:
These are good if you don't think your going to be able to sleep on your flight. I always like comfy items that promote sleep such as a neck pillow, ear plugs and an eye mask!

Stay Hydrated: It's extremely important to stay hydrated while traveling. Water is your best friend while flying because the recirculated air will dehydrate you fast.

Carry On: Make sure you have everything you need to stay entertained on the plane. Just remember anything over 100ml cannot go into your carry on.

Movement: Staying active and moving is very important because you need to keep your blood pumping around your body. Get up and walk down the isles or to the bathroom to stretch your legs. Compression socks are also nice to keep your legs from swelling .

Smashbox BB Cream Review + Demo

Hi beauty lovers!! As you can tell by the title of this post I am going to be discussing my thoughts on the Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream. Hope you enjoy!

Ok so I have been looking for a really nice BB cream for a while now. BB stands for beauty balm, incase you were wondering. I have been doing research and reading reviews for a number of different BB creams, but the Smashbox one really stood out to me. The other day I went to my local Ulta Beauty store and was just browsing around. I began to talk to the lady working there about BB creams that were good for dry skin, and also African American skin. She redirected me over to the Smashbox section and began to tell me about their BB cream. So to make a long story short, I purchased the product, used it the next day, and have been loving it ever since!!

Stats: This BB cream has an SPF of 35, and it's also a 5 in 1. That means it it also moisturizes, primes, protects, controls oil, and perfects. This BB Cream adds a glowing, hydrating veil to the complexion to maintain moisture on the surface of the skin. It is appropriate for all skin types, fragrance free, dermatologist tested, and non-acnegenic.
Beauty Balms or BB Creams are all the rage in Asia!!
This product was originally developed as a post-procedure cream used to treat, hydrate, prime, protect, and camouflage the skin. Great for all skin types including those with sensitive skin, these versatile “five-in-one” formulas are designed to do it all. What I love about this BB cream is that the unique formula creates "progressive" coverage, which means you can achieve different levels of coverage depending on what you need. This is the perfect product for the summer when you want coverage without the heavy foundation feel!

Sunday Style

Sunday afternoon is a time for me to relax and prepare for the week ahead. I spent this afternoon going uptown to the cinema with my boyfriend and my parents. I decided to wear something not only comfortable but chic also! My top is just a simple blue tank top that I purchased from my local TJ MAxx. My cardigan is also another of on my TJ Maxx purchases. My jeans were purchased from one of my favorite stores Banana Republic, and my ankle boots are from by Franco Sarto! I love everything about this look, I completed this look with simple diamond earrings and a diamond heart necklace.
