Ulta: Urban Decay Haul

Hi beauty lovers! So today I'm going to discuss the all so popular makeup brand, Urban Decay! I went to Ulta while on vacation and racked up on so many amazing products. I'll be discussing everything I purchased, & giving you my honest thoughts & opinions! So I hope you enjoy. I also have a video posted with my thoughts as well as swatches!

So the first thing I want to talk about is the star of the show, the Urban Decay Electric Palette! This palette is not for the faint of heart! This palette contains 10 of the brightest, most amazing shades you’ve ever seen. If you love bold eyes that stand out, then this is the palette for you, & it also comes with a double-ended eyeshadow brush!
These 10 shades have a velvety texture that glides on smoothly and range from mattes to highly dimensional shimmers. The color payout for every color is amazing. Each color is highly pigmented, which gives you the intense look you may be going for. While using the brush, I noticed there is fallout when applying; so if you dampen the brush that helps decrease the fallout, & applying the colors with your finger works great also. This is my first palette with colors such as these, and I definitely believe the price was well worth it!

Next up is the Revolution High-Color Lipgloss. I purchased 4 of these babies in the colors Bittersweet, Vice, Savage, & Big Bang. There are 14 different note-worthy shades that have either a creamy high gloss finish or a sparkle, shimmer finish. I love the slim line shape of the tube and the high-coverage, ultra-pigmented formula. These glosses are EVERYTHING! They look amazing on your lips and the pigmentation is intense enough to give you the color you desire without being over the top! It never fails that when I'm wearing any of these, I get so many compliments! Hands down these are my favorite go-to glosses!

Another item I purchased was the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, I decided to get the small travel-size since it was only $12. This is a beauty product that quite literally speaks for itself, if you've heard of it, you probably already know how great it is - if you haven't, where have you been?! This primer helps your eye shadow apply more smoothly while keeping your colors vibrant and crease-free for up to 24 hours. The packaging has been revamped, & now includes an applicator for even more versatility. I used this in combination with the electric palette, & my shadow looked great all day! I love how this primer glides on smoothly, and fills in any imperfections on the skin’s surface.
This primer comes in 4 shades; Original, Anti-Aging, Eden & Minor Sin. I chose to purchase the original shade because I didn't want anything tinted. This formula blends beautifully on all skin tones and dries invisibly, it's very easy on the eyes and the packaging is very appealing.

Looking to hide any blemishes or imperfections you have? Well the Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer is the product for you! This concealer gives you buildable, even coverage with a luminous, demi-matte finish. I enjoy using this concealer because it's lightweight, and gives you full coverage. You can keep building this concealer as much as you want and no matter how much you apply, it always blends beautifully and it won't settle into fine line! Now that's a plus!
Urban Decay did a great job with this concealer. They have loaded lots of ingredients that are good for your skin into this concealer. According to the description there are anti-wrinkle peptides which are designed to improve skin’s youthful appearance and elasticity. There is also Japanese green tea to reduce the appearance of fine lines and loads of other ingredients that protect against dehydration, which results in a brighter, more radiant complexion.

I love the slim compact design of the bottle. It's very easy to travel with and the flocked applicator is gentle enough to use around the eye area while still applying just the right amount of product. I would give this concealer a 10!

The 24/7 Eye Pencil from Urban Decay wasn't anything I had ever looked into. I received a free mini pencil from Ulta because May is my birthday month. The color I received is called "Voodoo." Now I'm not a huge fan of the name but the eyeliner itself is amazing! I decided to purchase a gorgeous green one called "Freak" and I can definitely say these are some of the best eyeliners I have ever used! They are ultra creamy and long lasting. These pencils come in a range of 40 shades that delight you with gorgeous tropical hues, deep metallics, and vibrant neutrals. These pencils look incredible with Urban Decay Eyeshadows!

Another eyeliner I purchased was the Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner. I love anything that has glitter or sparkle to it. This eyeliner gives you all the glitz and glam that you could want. I love how it's super fine glitter that is actually suspended in a clear base. The base allows you to apply the eyeliner easier and you can place the glitter where you want it. The clear base dries quickly and stays put for long wear. Since the glitter is suspended in a gel, it won’t separate in the bottle and the precise, thin-tipped brush makes it easy to create fine, glittery lines. If you want to really sparkle you can use the side of the brush to sweep sparkle all over your lids. The glitter is very pretty and will take your look up a notch!

Looking for a new mascara to up your eyelash game? Well the Perversion Mascara is what you need! This has been my go-to mascara since I purchased it. I love the ultra-creamy formula. This mascara really lengthens and volumizes your lashes. The formula coats each lash with super black pigment giving you bigger, blacker, badder lashes. The brush is amazing because it coats each lash without clumping, no one likes clumps rights! The lack pigment of this mascara is super black...like really black! It's pretty much the purest, deepest, most intense black color imaginable.

Perversion
glides on and coats every lash fully.  I love the travel-sized version, because you can take it with you wherever you go. The brush allows just the right amount of “pull” so it glides through lashes leaving you with gorgeous bold full lashes!
